I am a mom to 2 boys, ages 14 and 10 who are my world! We stay busy on the ball field most weekends-but I enjoy the busy and being with them. Teaching school is something that I have always wanted to do, and absolutely love! I taught elementary school for 10 years, and left the classroom to take a position as the Librarian at school. Reading is something that I never enjoyed until I had someone actually take the time to help me find something to read that I liked! I wanted to pass this love along to other students, and felt moving into the library was the perfect way to do so! I am one of those teachers that will do whatever it takes to help my students learn, I have cut flips, brought frogs into my classroom, hatched chicken eggs-whatever it takes to watch a student have their "lightbulb" moment!
